Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the Txt app ("the App") published by Harcode ("we"). By using the App you agree to them.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA"). If these terms conflict with the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA prevails.
Your content
You own everything you write in the App. We have no access to your documents and claim no rights to them. You are responsible for keeping backups of important files.
Acceptable use
Don't use the App to break the law, or try to reverse engineer, modify or redistribute it except where the law allows.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or that no data will ever be lost, for example due to device, sync or storage-provider failures.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harcode is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
Apple
These terms are between you and Harcode, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. Your license ends automatically if you breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do.
